Amazing Spider-Man 43 cover recreation

Each year, for the past several years, my kids' school has had a fund-raising auction. I have asked Dave Gutierrez to recreate a classic Marvel cover each time, featuring the school in the background. We decided on John Romita's ASM #43 cover this year, and I am delighted with the result.
