DescriptionThis is Gaar Williams at his ink-slinging best, with wonderful variations in his juicy ink lines. The subject matter too is quite wonderful, as the parents of the shocked boy discuss the taming down of those "wild west" movies. The artwork was gifted to the recipient by Williams in April 1921. It appeared in the Indianapolis News on February 7, 1921. Please check out the additional image for the tearsheet. Social/Sharing |
