After taking a beating at the hands of Superboy Prime, Superboy was taken by Lex Luthor back to his Cadmus tubes to be regenerated. The top three frames show Superboy Prime standing over Superboy as well as Robin & Wonder Girl arriving to look at the body. The bottom three panels are of Lex Luthor starting a soliloquy on how and why he decided to bring Superboy back to life. Luthor's reflection is not shown on this inked art page, but you can see it in the additional image below.
