Description
      J. P. Vine is an animation director and designer. While working at Aardman Animations, he was co-editor of Tales of the Spiffing: Comics from the Sceptered Isle, a comic anthology by Aardman artists creating their own works. Vine's story concerns a Roman legionnaire taking part in the invasion of Britain. When I purchased the book at APE, J.P. drew this ancient warrior as well as signing.
