Page 27 from book two, part a

So a novelty here will be the way i inked the pages.

I had a small standard format scanner, and was looking to save myself some time, so i tried something for the first and only time.

I was sent the pencils digitally, and i broke the pages up into panels i could fit on a sheet of 8.5x11" Bristol and printed them like that. I also noticed that when i was printing blues, it was tricky to extract only the light blue and not any of the ink as there were slight hints of blue in the ink. So i experimented with printing the pencils in orange instead on this book.

The end result is all the pages are broken into two or three pages of inks, that i resembled in Photoshop after. The orange trick worked too, though i've not really used it again either.

This page also has a cameo of writer Ivan Brandon, so i recently gave it to him as a gift.
