Harley Quinn - Philip Tan

Originally sceduled for me to pick up at the 2012 Emeral City ComiCon, Philip told me he wanted to take it home and do a more complete job on it and I could pick it up at SDCC. So SDCC comes along and he apologized for now having it done yet. No problem, I'm a patient guy and I know that Philip will deliver the goods when he's done. Late 2012 and his rep, Kirk Dilbeck post the final piece here at CAF and I was able to pick it up at ECCC this year. Philip, YOU DA MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
