I purchased this directly from Scott McDaniel. This is Chapter 5 from the Fall from Grace storyline. This cover is pencil only. It would be great to see Morbius in more DD issues. Enjoy guys!

Issue Summary

We get a quick recap of the brief and troubled love affair between Matt Murdock and Elektra Natchios, including her return from the dead. But Matt doesn't know that.
Today, Daredevil and a sai-wielding Stone, of the Chaste, are trying to capture Enteki of the Snakeroot. The vampire Micheal Morbius mistakes our heroes as criminals and attacks them. Enteki flees, leaving our heroes with the injured Morbius. They take him back to his lab and his blood supply. They talk to Morbius about how a telepathically controlled virus might operate. He's excited to learn one exists; it could cure him of his affliction. Daredevil doesn't want more people fighting over it, and warns him away. Morbius relents, but DD knows he's lying.
Daredevil finds a newspaper asking if he really is Matt Murdock. He confronts Ben Urich and accuses him of leaking the story. Urich say it wasn't him, but probably his new intern Sara. Murdock avoids the media circus camped outside his home, sneaks into his place, and makes "adjustments". Foggy calls for restraining orders at Karen's insistence.
Daredevil and Stone follow Morbius into a sunken ship. Suddenly, Garrett and Erynys attack them. Garrett keeps calling Erynys "Elektra", for reasons explained in previous summaries. Erynys quickly takes down Stone, but flees in fear. Garrett also feels something bad approaching and leaves. And then she appears.
Elektra is back.
