Description

I have to point out a few things about this spread. My first eBay purchase stemming from my very first eBay search. My second (and third) page of original art about 20 years after the first. But what I want to say is look at that composition. Not just the clever framing with the attractive Gamora and Moondragon in the lower corners, but the detailed storytelling and art techniques within each panel. I dont know who Starlin is ripping off here, if anyone, but what great work and deep talent. I wish more art was this rewarding to look at closely.
I was quite gratified to turn up the previous spread and other pages surrounding it. Foolishly I dropped the ball on just about every other page from the book. If Id been more sensible Id have the whole thing now.
