Jok
I met Jok at SDCC during a panel for the release of Hermes Press’s Curse of Dark Shadows graphic novel. As someone who remembers Dark Shadows from back in the day, I was instantly drawn to Jok’s unique style—there’s a hint of Mike Mignola’s influence, but it’s unmistakably his own. Jok is a cartoonist, scriptwriter, illustrator and professional colorist since 1993 from Buenos Aires, and you couldn’t meet a nicer guy. He was at the Hermes Press booth daily, cranking out amazing color sketches for a steady stream of fans.
