JEAN GIRAUD aka GIR aka MOEBIUS
Jean GIRAUD loves life. GIR is one of his sides. As GIR he has created with story teller Jean-Michel CHARLIER, the western "Lieutenant BLUEBERRY"; MOEBIUS is an other side. Sci-Fi one. With Alexandro JODOROWSKY he has given life to "ohn DIFOOL adventures", "les yeux du chat" and "Le coeur couronné"... He is a Creator. Such books as "ARZACH", "L'homme est-il bon ?" or "Le monde d'Edena" are pure gems. To say the least, this artist, grown with the realism master Joseph Gillain, aka JIJE, tutorship, became himself a man who has inspired a lot of newcomers. March 2012 : Unfortunatly, for average human beings, he has gone away. Trans dimensional travel , it seems. His art will survive !
