Kurtzman / Davis Mad 11 story (EC) (1954)
Harvey Kurtzman made a large size copy of the Jack Davis art to the 3 page story "Murder The Husband" from Crime SuspenStories 12. Kurtzman then changed the title on the copy to "Murder The Story" and wrote and pasted new, funny, dialogue onto the copy. The copy was then silver printed and published in Mad 11 (1954). This is the original production copy, with changed title, new written dialogue, and paste-ups.
