Hawaii Themed Commissions
I was born and raised in Hawai'i and still live out here. When I first created my website www.comicstripfan.com, I wanted to add a personal touch to my collection. I therefore began to ask various artists to do their own interpretations of their characters (or any characters of their choosing) on the beach in Hawai'i. The response was terrific, and thus my Hawai'i page was born. Being that my site still needs a lot of work (and I still need to find a new web publishing program to update it), I haven't been able to add the new pieces that I've managed to acquire over the years. However, the artwork that I have been receiving has been so terrific that I've got to display it somewhere. Thus until I get my site back up to par, I'll showcase the pieces here. The title of this room is not quite accurate as many of the pieces here were received as gifts from the artists, but I'm thinking it's just easier to refer to all of them as commissions. I hope you enjoy!
