Literary Inspired Commissions
I kinda have to thank some members of CAF on this gallery. I like many other members here - I gather, like many forms of literary works. For example, the numerous Tarzan and Dejah Thoris commissions on here show love for the characters of Edgar Rice Burroughs. Actually if it wasn't for the CAF commissions I'd have no idea who Dejah Thoris is or the Mars series. And I think we can all agree there are certain writers and novelists out there that tell a better story on page than any of the best filmmakers that choose to bring their stories to the silver screen. As another example, I doubt we'll see a naked Dejah Thoris as visioned by Burroughs in the upcoming John Carter movie. And for those of you that have read it, the Jurassic Park movie and book are WAY different. So here will have examples of some of my favorite book moments and characters. Look out for works from Burroughs, Howard, Lovecraft, Gaiman and maybe Orwell. Enjoy.
