One of Bob Larkin's most powerful images of the cornfield capture from the cover of Planet of the Apes # 2 from Curtis Magazines (Marvel) published in 1974. As a child this cover used to mesmerise me - bearing in mind that in Australia we had Black & White TV until the late 70's - so colour images were pretty exciting ! Finished in exquisite detail on board using gouche.
