Batman #11 Golden Age Tryout Sequence Art
Smiling Batman and Robin are greeting pudgy man in plaid suit with polka dot bow tie. Pencil word balloon in panel one has Robin saying “Hi Pop.” Sequence was done using the script for “Batman #11” June-July 1942. This art is shown in the comprehensive "Batman The Complete History" 1999 Les Daniels book.
