In spite mostly unknown, Delucchi is a prolific drawer an illustrator . During '20s he did dozens of illustrations of tales and narrations on La Razon newspaper from Buenos Aires , Argentina. At this time photography starts as wonderful graphic documentation for news, but still slow unable to depict fast and precise movements, as eye, and as ... hand. This is what Delucchi was in charged for, to go to differents sports matchs catching with his eye the most importants moments and fixed them in place with his pencil achieving wonderful piece of fast and agil strokes. These chronicles, I think, are a link between illustration and comics, they give a narration of an event that will be seen long time after he did.
