*2012 DC Comic Art Cherry Blossom Spectacular

This year's special guest artist was Steve Hauk - a local Bethesda-based artist who took over the Fish Police mythos with his Fish Shticks series after Steve Moncuse finished up his 26 issue tale (or tail if you want to use a fish pun). I rediscovered the Fish Police and feel lucky to have now met both "Steves" involved in creating that classic independent series.

And, thanks to all those comic collectors who have attended the event over the 10 years that I hosted them. After this event, I turn the reigns over to Michael Finn. May the Cherry Blossom Spectacular bloom each spring for many years to come!
