All Green Arrow pages by Williams and Hunter are penciled on a computer and then printed onto DC 11 BY 17 paper and inked by myself, Rob Hunter. These inked pages are the actual art that gets published into the comic book. There are no pencils that exist for these pages. Only the blueline pages I've inked.
