Jose Luis Salinas - Cisco Kid
Working only with raw talent, and no real training, Argentinian artist Jose Luis Salinas began working for King Features Syndicate in 1949. Collaborating with writer Rod Reed, Salinas created The Cisco Kid. At its peak, the strip was published in more than 350 newspapers around the world and ran from 1951 to 1968.
