First, the art is by Wally Wood, who was one of the all-time great comic artists. Second, this end page basically tells the whole story, including the twist ending. Third, this story, and this page in particular, was discussed in detail on page 387, of Fredric Wertham's infamous book "Seduction of the Innocent" (SOTI). In fact, some of the text from this comic book page was quoted on page 387 of SOTI, and 6 panels from this comic page were described in detail in SOTI.
