Originally intended as a Christmas 2014 present, Tom's schedule pushed it back until this spring.
When Tom's schedule opened up, we decided to commit being enormously pleased with last year's JSA birthday commission and not knowing based on Tom's schedule if this would be the 2015 birthday or Christmas commission.
After much deliberation, we narrowed the choice down to two Golden Age covers and the adorable one picked #16. Seems only fair since she was paying the lions share of the commission. :)
In early May we received first one rough prelim and then a second more detailed pencil prelim.
Well in advance of my birthday Byron Hamm (Tom's agent) emailed me to let me know the work was complete.
So with huge thanks to Byron, Tom and my amazing wife please enjoy my 2015 birthday commission!
