Aldo Di Gennaro (Milano, 20 aprile 1938) inizia la sua attività nel campo del fumetto nel 1956, entrando nello studio Dami. Nel 1962 inizia la sua lunga collaborazione con il Corriere dei piccoli. Negli anni successivi si dedicherà quasi esclusivamente all'illustrazione, in particolar modo per l'editore Rizzoli per cui realizzerà sia copertine per libri, sia illustrazioni per riviste, tra cui La Domenica del Corriere. Intensa sarà la sua collaborazione con la Sergio Bonelli Editore, per cui realizzerà le illustrazioni per gli articoli pubblicati sugli Almanacchi Bonelli e le copertine per la collana Le storie.
