A great piece that was in dire straights when I got it. It had mold and was nearly folded in half. The backer had mostly come undone on the Bristol board and the top was curved beyond repair. I went to work carefully removing the mold via an old conservancy method of mild soap and Q-tips. I removed it all and neutralized it, then set about trimming the top and sides to preserve what I could of the main image. I was fortunate to get the piece when I did as I was able to conserve the main image and a neat border that keeps the entire image intact. I braced the back with a new acid free board and I now have it stable, dry and mold free. I had the piece framed and it now sits in my man cave where all can admire gray Morrow for the true genius he was.
