Sullivant, T.S.
T.S.(Thomas Starling) Sullivant (1854-1926) was simply one of the greatest pen men in comic art history. Most well known for his comic depictions of animals, Sullivant was a masterful figural artist, capturing movement and character with a wonderful and expressive pen line.
