Super Charge
The Doc of Shock, his Electric Badness, the mighty Super Charge. Recruited into the American Champions during the bronze age of superheroes, though he was American, he was the first of several diverse members that prompted the name change to the World's Champions. After years of realizing the struggle was a sham, he split the rigged scene of the capital of capitalism to search for his roots and direction in the land from where his people were stolen.
