Fred Harper artwork
Fred Harper is originally from western Pennsylvania, near the Ohio border. When he first moved to NYC in the 1990s, and was just starting out in commercial illustration, Fred did work on a number of books published by Marvel, DC, and various independents. Nowadays Fred focuses on newspaper and magazine illustration, although he occasionally dips back into comics. I've been lucky enought to have known Fred for a number of years.
