Sandoval, Tony

I'm new to the wonderfully odd world of Tony Sandoval's work. In Sandoval's own words, In Sandoval's own words, "Tony Sandoval is a Mexican illustrator and author of graphic novels whose passion is the creation of strange stories." As far as I know, Sandoval currently lives and works in Barcelona, Spain. What drew me to Sandoval's work is his deft and delicate touch, combined a use of imagery that is captivating, rich, and weird, some of my favorite things. There are subtle and rich layers in Sandoval's work, much of it, sadly, gets lost in the scanning process. The images that I have in this gallery are a hair larger than real life, so that you can hopefully make out some of the details and more subtle information.
