The Howie Welsch Collection (G.I. Joe Misc.)

Howie Welsch was an avid collector of GI Joe original art. He was well liked and had many friends in the hobby. His goal was to obtain one page from every issue of GI Joe especially the first 50 issues. Unfortunately he passed away in 2017 at the young age of 42. We were born the same year and shared many of the same interests trading pages. He helped me acquire some of the best pieces in my collection several years ago.
