The Art of Disney shops at Walt Disney World used to have official Disney artists who would do sketches of your character(s) of choice while you wait. I took this WDW 50th Anniversary Sketchbook to the resort on my 2021 vacation, only to find that the artists now only do sketches via mail. So, I've begun to take the book to conventions to see who I can find to do Disney sketches! This should be fun!
