Like Bond et.al. the genre displayed here is a kind of 'fashion updated retro' - Cold War espionage meets the swinging 60s/70s: fascinating stories and a great source for art. Although often stylistically entwined the work of these European artists varies and is worth a study in itself. Attribution can be a problem as credits aren't given in the books and most of the work is not signed or inscribed, so if you know otherwise please get in contact. Presented thus, these vintage, vivacious, charming and occasionally profound storyboards make a good exhibition and, of course, are a great way to improve your foreign languages - n'est-ce pas!.
