The Franklin Mint serves an art market overlapping conceptually with comic book collectors: Something nice to look at, touted as 'collectible,' despite production runs making the latter unlikely. In 2023, Franklin Mint used Heritage Auction to divest itself of many works of original art which had been used to produce plates, stamps, books, and other items for middle income American homes in the late twentieth century. The items in this gallery came from that sale.
