IGORT
Chi è Igort: Per parlare dell' importanza della figura di Igort all' interno del panoramo fumettistico moderno, a livello mondiale, non basterebbe un intero sito. Ci limitiamo a dare cenni di carattere biografico. Scrive e disegna storie a fumetti dal 1979 sulle testate italiane e straniere (Alter, Linus, Frigidaire, Echo des Savanes, Metal Hurlant, Comic Morning, The Face). Suoi lavori sono stati pubblicati in 10 lingue (Europa, America e Giappone). Ha fondato nel 1982, con Mattotti e altri autori "Valvoline", gruppo di ricerca teso a espandere le potenzialità del linguaggio del fumetto. Ha vissuto in Giappone, e ha collaborato con Ryuychi Sakamoto (rinomato musicista giapponese) e con Kodansha, la casa editrice del nuovo manga. I suoi ultimi libri hanno visto riconoscimenti ovunque, fino a vincere nel 2003 il premio come "Miglior libro dell’anno" alla Fiera di Francoforte.
