This is an interior from the issue titled "The ghost that haunted Octopus". Spiderman is now in pursuit of Doc Ock who has absconded with Aunt May After an attack in Mays home by the disembodied villain "Hammerhead." The Ghost of Hammerhead exclaims "I'm not gonna ruin ya Doc I'm gonna destroy ya and anyone ya care about as well!" After which Doc grabs May with his tentacles and runs for the hills. Spider-man gives chase and he and Doc battle with Aunt May in tow. I really love How Ross Andru drew Spider-man. He had him jumping off the pages and out of the panels. Dan Slott drew from this story when he penned "Superior Spider-man". Spider-man would later lose his body to Doc Oc and haunt the Doctor in much the same fashion as Doc was haunted by hammerhead in this tale.
