This is the Jack Kamen art for the fourth page of the story "Second Childhood" that appeared in Weird Fantasy #16 (4) (EC 1950). This page tells most of the story. A scientist wants to marry his younger assistant, but he wants to get younger so they can make a "perfect couple". He invents a hormone that can make him younger. He injects himself with it and stops the injections when he gets young enough. However, his spleen keeps producing the hormone on its own and he keeps getting younger even though he wants to stop the age regression. The story ends with his new wife holding him when he is back to being a baby, thus the title of the story.
