Modesty Blaise

I fell for Modesty when i was a teenager reading her strip in the daily paper. However i don't think i ever got to read a whole story. Then i found the trades that reprinted her stories but not all the way back. So i collected for years not reading them until i had them all. In the meantime i found out there were novels too, so my collection of unread materials grew. finally i had all the novels and Lo and behold i had all the strips as well as the creator had finally retired after 40 years of writing her stories. It was then i went on a 8 month voyage thru the life of Modesty Blaise reading all of it , even the final story. All i can say is WOW ! What an enjoyable ride and THANK YOU Peter O'Donnell for a wonderful experience Thanks too to Jim Holdaway, Enrique Romero ,Neville Colvin, John Burns and Patrick Wright and even Dick Giordano for telling this Lady's Stoies.
