One of the living legends.When I was a kid and discovered US comic books, there were 2 artists whose names I instantly remembered and identified as my favorites.First one was Byrne followed by Perez.His overwelming sense of detail and dynamic storytelling got me excited beyond words :) Big favorite are his Titans run,his X-Men annual,Infinity Gauntlet,The Project Pegasus saga,Wonder Woman and of course Crisis (which I completly not understood as a kid given its scope and the fact that DC wasn't much translated in french so everything was alien to me).Much later came Avengers/JLA and my appreciation of his older work like his Jla,FF and Avengers runs.Anyway,I'll never stop buying his work :)
