MIKE AVON OEMING

Mike Avon Oeming is an excellent storyteller, both as an artis and a writer. I've been liking his work for a long long time. I was very pleased to see him receiving the recognition he deserves for his work on Powers, displaying it in black and white which I think suits him better. Powers,CrossBronx,Wings,Hammer of God and Mice Templar are excellent achievements. While I do prefer his b/w work, I have to say that his recent color commissions have been splendid.I really like his angular shapes(though it seems he's moved a bit from that style) and the way he uses shadows.One to constantly watch :)
