SIMONSON WALTER

Walter Simonson is a living legend in comics. I'd be tempted to write a "sacred dinosaur" given his much vaunted love for those extinct saurians :) I discovered his work on X-Factor and X-Men, later appreciated his lengendary runs on Thor, Batman,FF and Orion as well as splendid gems of storytelling such the Alien GN or X-Men VS Teen Titans which remains an all-time favourite.He truly is one of the very first of his generation of artists to experiment with storytelling in incredibly bold directions. His layouts, art and style are so personal that they're unmistakenly recognizable, radiating with an energy rarely seen since Kirby and a level of quality that always been constant. His original art is difficult to come by but I will actively look for more :)
