Lauffray, Mathieu

Born in Paris in 1970, Lauffray follows studies in the Arts Decos where he begins very fast to realize covers for thriller and fantastic novels. He is going to realize also covers of magazine (Casus belli, Player One), as well as covers of comics (Star Wars) published by Dark Horse. In 1995, he publishes the first volume of the series "Le Serment de l'Ambre" and, in 1990, the first volume of the series " Prophet ". Then he works as graphic designer for the cinema ("Le pacte des loups"). He also works for the video game, beside Claire Wendling, on the fourth episode of the prestigious "Alone in the Dark" de Darkworks (Infogrames). In 2004, he publishes a very attractive Artbook who indeed summarizes the ensembkle of its works: "Proto". In 2007, he begins a new series : "Long John Silver".
