These pages were an impulse buy from Tom Fowler during the July 2008 Paradise Toronto Comicon. We were having a nice chat regarding his experiences in DC and with Mad Magazine when I saw these among the original art on his desk. I've never been a Green Arrow fan but was struck with the action in these. They remined me of those "'Nuff Said" gimmick issues that Marvel ran a few years back. For a month, all issues had no word balloons and just told the story thru the art. Here, text is needed either to know what was happening between the two Dr. Lights.
