The first time I saw a cover some time in 1991 (I don't remember which one) of Cry for Dawn,I was floored.I was hooked immediately on anything Joe did and bought everything I could find just to see more of his stuff.It wasn't just Dawn,but the skulls & skeletons he did were so cool looking,AND the way he did some of his lettering was just bad ass!I finally got to meet him in 1997 and have been friends with him since.He's been to my store a few times to meet some fans here,sign some books,do some sketches,and sell some classic pieces of art!He's so laid back and is one creator you can always count on seeing around the country at the big shows meeting all his fans!
