He was lionized with dinners, awards, shows and ... 40 drawings and paintings by the creme de la creme of Italian comic artists and cartoonists in homage to him. All pieces of art have been published in the small book " Dedicato a Carl Barks" by Carlo Chendi and later given to Carl as a special giftl! Here you can see some of them:
