This is the complete 19 page story "Pride of the Fleet". The story was written by Bruce Jones and published by Pacific Comics in Alien Worlds #6 (1984). Pencils are by Frank Brunner with inks by Mike Mignola. Frank Brunner also did an oil painting for the cover of this issue. The main character designed her costume after Dejah Thoris from Edgar Rice Burroughs' Martian series. Being a huge John Carter fan made this purchase a no-brainer for me years ago. :)
The pages are slightly larger than current artwork, measuring 13" x 19". I have also included scans for a number of Frank's preliminary pencils for these pages. The scans are slightly cropped due to the larger size.
