Van Sciver, Ethan

The first artist I ever approached, I went to my first big comic convention for the sole reason of meeting Mr. Van Sciver. Of course, I had no idea what he looked like, so I completely missed the fact that he was on the same plane and shared a cab to the hotel with me. Since then, he has been very generous to me, creating this fantastic series of color core lantern drawings. He is working on a new "matching" Hal & Kyle, and a Blue & Indigo commission (I saw the pre-sketch at San Diego 2008, and I cannot wait!). I can't wait to complete this collection, and finish it off someday with a black lantern! And then start with the Flash family, Batman, the X-Men... Thanks Ethan, as my favorite artist on my favorite character you started my original art collection, and truly appreciate your time and talent!
