Sketchbook #1
This is my first sketchbook. A friend of mine (Jeff Watson) finally convinced me that sketchbooks were the way to go. He even picked up a book for me to start with. I picked William Stout to do the first sketch because he is a friend & I knew that he would start the book off with a bang. I have arranged this gallery in the same order as the sketches in the book. I think it lets you see how it evolved & how it goes though periods of higher or lower quality. That isn't necessarily the same as arranging it in the order in which the art was created. Some artists skipped around & others (like Frank Cho) filled in blank pages. I would like to arrange my other galleries in order, but it takes forever. This one is basically completed, so I figured it was worth doing.
