Adolfo Usero !!
Adolfo Usero nació en Madrid en 1941 y es uno de aquellos chicos, compañeros de Carlos Giménez en los "Auxilios Sociales" de la posguerra. Se inició como escaparatista y poco después pasó a la historieta; sus primeros trabajos fueron en la revista Triunfo y en publicidad, uno de estos trabajos fue la creación de diapositivas divulgativas de la historia de España, en colaboración con Celedonio Perellón, para el Ministerio de Cultura. En Madrid, comparte estudio con Carlos Giménez y Esteban Maroto, con quienes trabaja en proyectos propios y conjuntos*; en 1967 se traslada a Barcelona. En 1963 comienza a colaborar con Selecciones Ilustradas, la agencia artística de Josep Toutain, y empieza a trabajar para el mercado extranjero. Se convierte pronto en un gran dibujante realista, con absoluto dominio de la anatomía, tanto humana como animal, de abocetado ágil y seguro y sus compañeros tiran de él cuando se tropiezan con un problema de dibujo. Es también el comodín que a todos ayuda cuando hay problemas con las fechas de entrega. Realiza historietas bélicas y del Oeste para las revistas inglesas y francesas principalmente. También trabaja con la agencia Bardon Art, sobre todo para el mercado británico.
