Clout Street Harold Washington Rchard Daley and Fast Eddie Vrdolyak

Because of the exhibit I got virtually no strip art this year - focusing instead on paperback and magazine mystery art. But I did connect with Richard Tuma who did a satiric strip for the Chicago Tribune on Chicago Politics and picked up a number of additional Clout St originals. Being from Chicago originally and knowing a lot of these people (my grandfather worked with Richard J. Daley Sr.when he started in county government) these strips have a lot of personal meaning for me . This is my favorite of the new batch.
