DescriptionTentacled monsters, endangered beauties, heroes to the rescue: the bread and butter of sword and sorcery stories. But this story drew from all corners of the pulp genre, from John Carter, to Conan, to Tarzan, and Lost Horizon. Drawn on duo-tone craftint pages, which are larger (nearly 12 X 18), on heavy board, have zipatone, and detailed marker shading and highlights within the inking. Quite a bit of work went into it. Published 1987. |
