You know what takes this page over the top and shows just how skilled Frazetta was? It's the soldier's face that's in silhouette in the second tier where Fritz DID NOT ink that one sliver near the nose leaving a sliver of white there...Frazetta truly was a MASTER!

When this showed up on the 'Bay, I couldn't believe my eyes...I always dreamed of such a page from this magical run that for me, culminated with Dr. Doom and Shellhead in Camelot...I tried, but alas, it wasn't meant to be. A truly top notch example!

The Cat storyline from MOKF 38 and 39 by Moench, Gulacy, and Adkins was truly memorable and a real comics highlight from Marvel in the 70s!
Marv Wolfman had a hand in so many great works...New Teen Titans, Crisis on Infinite Earths, Tomb Of Dracula, etc...the list goes on. What an honor and privilege it must have been to meet such a legend!

This is truly stunning and GREAT...as I understand it, Williamson was always willing to help others (e.g. Crandall, Evans, etc)...anyone would love to have a friend like him, but few really do in this world. His acts of kindness and humanity both known and unknown speak to his character as a person...its those acts that matter so much in life...
