The German Phantom covers have been very good and having this published in the series takes the standard even higher. Wonderful to see this masterpiece cover and episode reprinted.

We are very lucky that you have still been able to create masterpiece Phantom episodes to this day. As Lee Falk himself wrote in 1995, the artwork is "wonderful"!

The Phantom covers by Germano Ferri for Fratelli Spada are masterpieces, and this is a wonderful example. Along with the cover of Super Albo 29, it is perfect for the great Lee Falk and Ray Moore story of "The Phantom's Treasure". Many thanks for sharing this, the Ferri covers are my absolute favourite.

I have only one cover by Pedrazzi, for Avventure Americane Nuova Serie – L'Uomo Mascherato 17. The dimensions are bigger than many other Fratelli Spada covers I have seen.

Very nice to see the original artwork of a Mario Pedrazzi episode. It appears that this is from L'Uomo Mascherato #30 in 1967. A very good period for Fratelli Spada Phantom stories.

A very nice Agent X9 strip from Bob Lubbers. He did a good job with the character directly before Archie Goodwin and Al Williamson. I believe there is an X9 magazine in Scandinavia that has reprinted the Bob Lubbers stories, and also new stories drawn by the Australian artist John Dixon.

Fantastic to see the original artwork for this cover. The inside story by Felmang, "Racing the Devil" was reprinted recently in the Australian Phantom's World Special No. 5

Very nice! I believe at least one of the Santo D'Amico L'Uomo Mascherato stories were also reprinted in the United States and later Thailand, Mexico and Germany.

Wow! Another excellent Ferri cover. I believe that the story inside was a reprint from two years earlier, but I am glad that a Ferri cover was commissioned for this edition! It is a pleasure to see such great artwork on display.
Thank you for posting the magnificent L'Uomo Mascherato #59 cover original. All of Ferri's covers are wonderful, and his Fratelli Spada editions from the late 1960s are some of my favourites. I hope the original cover for issue #51 turns up again some day! The Zodiac Gang story issues all have fantastic Ferri covers and stories.
There is a book titled "The Phantom: the Art of the Ghost Who Walks", which is scheduled to be published by Hermes Press in the United States. It is advertised as an art book that will feature "original artwork, specialty pieces, and unpublished artwork". I don't think it is released yet - current dates I can find are either December 2018 or July 2019. It is compiled by Daniel Herman, who produces the hardcover Daily and Sunday reprints of The Phantom. It is mentioned that the book will contain artwork from artists in Australia, Italy, and Scandinavia, so I very much hope that you are featured there.

Thank you, Rob. I also often admire your Us Fellers page on CAF (and of much of your other artwork in your galleries). I'm hoping to put a lot more comic art scans online in the coming months, unfortunately no other Bancks pieces at this stage.
Very wonderful to see the pencil version of this page, which was definitely one of the greatest Team Fantomen stories. Hopefully there will be more pencil masterpieces to come in this gallery!
